2. The chip inside the plug-in LED light bead is contaminated, which is a common and frequent problem. The reason may be due to not paying attention during the use of the chip, which may cause the chip to be contaminated with dust and other debris. LED chips are very small things, and a slight negligence can damage the structure of the light beads, leading to leakage or dead lights. So our workshop is all dust-free. When entering the company, change shoes, wear anti-static clothing and hats, wear anti-static gloves when taking chips, and take various corresponding protective measures.
3. Failure to properly solder the LED beads during plug-in soldering may result in leakage of the beads. For example, wire misalignment, virtual soldering, and improper setting of wire tension can all result in light bead leakage, which is a common problem.
4. Excessive or thick bottom glue during solidification can cause electrical leakage.
5. Improper process can lead to chip cracking, for example, during wire bonding, improper operation of the wire bonding machine can cause excessive pressure on the magnetic nozzle during wire bonding, resulting in chip damage and cracking.
6. Static electricity can cause leakage of light bulbs, which is usually caused by friction. This is also a relatively easy reason for leakage. Therefore, when consuming light bulbs, employees should be requested to wear anti-static clothing and hats to minimize the occurrence of static electricity.
